A unique opportunity exists to join the Kent Teaching School Hub administration team.  We are currently seeking to appoint a Partnership Co-ordinator for the Early Career framework and also a Partnership Coordinator for the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs).  These roles are offered as two separate roles of 16 & 18 hours per week or could be combined to offer one person an almost FT (term time role) with some school holiday work involved.  Homeworking and a degree of flexible working is available for both positions.

Using the superb curriculum and training materials provided by the expert Learning Design team at the Ambition Institute our facilitators will work directly with course participants by facilitating training conferences and support clinics.

The role of NPQ facilitator offers an exciting and challenging professional development opportunity for an ambitious teacher and/or school leader who would like to contribute to the wider effectiveness of teaching and school leadership across Kent and the wider region.
