A unique opportunity exists to join the Kent Teaching School Hub administration team.  We are currently seeking to appoint a Partnership Co-ordinator for the Early Career framework and also a Partnership Coordinator for the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs).  These roles are offered as two separate roles of 16 & 18 hours per week or could be combined to offer one person an almost FT (term time role) with some school holiday work involved.  Homeworking and a degree of flexible working is available for both positions.

The Kent Teaching School hub can announce that, as of this morning, all of the new NPQs (national professional qualifications) are to be fully funded by the Department for Education.

This means that they will be free of charge to all those who have a Teacher Reference number (TRN) and who are currently employed in state maintained schools (including those in 16-19 provision).

What are the new NPQs?
In October 2020 the new NPQ frameworks were published by the Department for Education. Some new
specialist teaching NPQs have been introduced and the leadership NPQs have had their content and assessment structure completely reformed.

Applications close on 12th October for the November cohort.
