ECF Support Tutors – Recruiting now for September 2022

We are now looking for ECF support tutors to support the implementation of the Early Career Framework for ECTs joining us in September 2022 across the whole of Kent.

ECF support tutors will work directly with
schools, early career teachers and mentors by:
• overseeing the progress of groups of ECTs and their mentors in cluster groups of approximately
twenty across Kent.
• facilitating conferences, clinics and offering coaching to mentors.
